Return & Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and confirm where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original sealed packaging.

Certain types of items may also be non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

UK and European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.

To be eligible for a return under this cooling-off period, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
